This HRM seminar is taught by Rachel Hibberd, an experience HR Director that worked with Purnaa, the largest BAM Business associated with YWAM. Purnaa has a special focus on employing marginalized people in Nepal. This teaching is of value to all BAM practitioners, as well as anyone that works in an HR department in any Kingdom Business or ministry context.
THE SEMINAR DETAILS
This is an online, take at your own pace, seminar. It consists of one (1) lessons that will take several hours to complete. There are many places to stop and start along the way, as the seminary has 18 learning segments.

Rachel Hibberd
Rachel Hibberd has a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University and works with survivors of trauma as a Mental Health Therapist. She served with Youth with a Mission for over 10 years with a focus on both counseling and human resource (HR) management. As the HR manager at Purnaa, an ethical manufacturing company in Nepal, she learned how to integrate the values of Business as Mission into HR operations. Rachel believes that businesses have the unique opportunity to empower people to heal and grow and that HR management plays an integral role in making that happen. She and her husband, Taylor, live in Colorado Springs, CO.
